How do I create an account?
Sign up with your Telegram or web profile. One account works across all TaBB versions (Telegram and Desktop).
How do I secure my account?
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or authenticator app. Always use a strong password and avoid sharing your login details.
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in from both web and Telegram with the same account. Your balance and activity are synced automatically.
What should I do if I see a suspicious login?
If you notice any unfamiliar login, change your password immediately and log out from all devices in your account settings. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). If the issue continues, please contact Support.
Do I need to complete KYC?
Most TaBB features don't require KYC. Certain services, like fiat purchases, may request it depending on the provider's rules.
Can the team access my funds?
Your external wallet is always under your control. Balances displayed in TaBB are securely recorded and can only be changed when you confirm an action, such as a withdrawal or swap.
