How do I deposit funds?
Choose "Deposit" in your wallet, select the token and network, then copy the address. Send funds from your external wallet or exchange — they appear after network confirmation.
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to "Withdraw", select token and network, enter the recipient address, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawals are processed after a quick security check.
Which networks and tokens are supported?
TaBB supports multiple popular networks (e.g., TON, Ethereum, Tron). The full list of tokens and networks is available in the Wallet interface.
Why don't I see my deposit?
Check if you used the correct network and token. If the transaction is confirmed but not visible after 30 minutes, refresh your balance or contact Support with your tx hash.
What are the fees for deposits and withdrawals?
Deposits are usually free. Withdrawals include blockchain network fees plus a small service fee, shown before confirmation.
Is it safe to send funds from an exchange wallet?
We recommend using a self-custody wallet. Exchange deposits or withdrawals may work but can carry risks, and we don't guarantee their success.
